The Analysis of the Situation of Organizational Capacities of Regional and Local Federations of People with Disabilities in Mali,

The Malian Federation of People with Disabilities through its project "Improved Access by Inclusion of All in the fight against HIV / AIDS in Mali" (AAMI-All VHI / SIDA) carried out an evaluation of the five ( 5) Regional Federations and twenty four (24) Local Federations on April 27, 28 and 29, 2020 in the regions of Kayes, Koulikoro, Sikasso, Ségou and the district of Bamako.

The Organizational Capacity Assessment tool (ECO) was originally developed in 2009 by Initiatives Inc. and John Snow Inc. (JSI) as part of the Technical Assistance for New Partners Initiative (TA-NPI) project.
In 2012, the ECO was reviwed. JCI (International Junior Chamber) and Humanity & Inclusion (HI) have made a valuable contribution to the reviwes of the ECO Tool. The revisions have added a tool to assess the ability of organizations to ensure significant and fair participation for people with disabilities within the organization and in its programs and services.
It is so that this tool was adopted in March 2020 by the consortium of the Federation of Persons with Disabilities (FEMAPH), with Humanity and Inclusion (HI), and the Malian Network of Persons Living with HIV / SIDA (RMAP +) within the framework of the project "Improved Access by the Inclusion of All in the fight against HIV / AIDS (AAMI-ALL HIV / AIDS).
The modules of the tool are:

o - Human Resources Management;
o - Financial Management;
o - Organizational Management;
o - Program Management;
o - Project Performance Management.
