A challenge: Access to justice for people with disabilities

Before the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities was ratified, persons with disabilities faced enormous difficulties. After the ratification of the latter, significant progress was made. However, there is still a lot of challenge to be taken in terms of access to justice.

Joyful and prosperity for people with disabilities by the ratification of the convention on people with disabilities; this is justified by: people with disabilities and their parents are made aware of the simplicity of access to justice because the administration of justice was trained for this purpose including lawyers and all those who intervene in the field of Justice.

But despite these efforts, several faults remain to be corrected; this concerns, among other things, disabled people, who also have difficulty accessing buildings. Deaf people also have problems with interpreters and sign languages to name a few.
