FODEFCA congratulates the process Advocacy for the vocational training of disabled people

This Wednesday, April 1, 2020, the Benin Continuing Vocational Training and Learning Development Fund (FODEFCA) received a delegation from the Federation of Persons with Disabilities of Benin (FAPHB) to exchange on disabled people professional training

Led by Mister ZIBO Maliki, General Treasurer of the Federation of disabled People of Benin (FAPHB), the delegation was composed of Mister ADANDE Ghislain, Professional Integration Focal Point at FAPHB and Mister BIAOU Boni Romulus, Program Officer .
It should be noted that this hearing is part of the advocacy on the Professional integration project piloted by Humanity & Inclusion (HI) Benin in partnership with the FAPHB and JSH in Benin.
During the discussions, the federation has got the opportunity to introduce its objectives, mission, focus areas, members and its main targets.
The Acting Executive Secretary of FODEFCA, Mr. AHOUANVOEDO Cyriaque and his team have collected some packs at the level of the implementation of their partnership with Humanity & Inclusion (HI) Benin.
Among the results of this meeting, we note :
the transmission of a request for a partnership agreement between FODEFCA and FAPHB ;
the request for an extension of the training of young disabled people in various centers as part of the Professional Integration Project of Humanity & Inclusion (HI) Benin ;
improvement of the institution’s visits in the context of the specifics of the disability.
The discussions ended with great satisfaction from the Acting Executive Secretary of FODEFCA.
