Humanity & Inclusion training in advocacy technics

From November 13th to 15th, 2018, training of partners in advocacy technics and developement of an advocacy plan was held in Cotonou at Infosec. Humanity & inclusion initiative’s that gathered several partners.

Since January 2018, the professional integration project implemented by Humanity & inclusion to improve the economic and professional situation of people with disabilities in Benin. To achieve this goal, the use of strategies including advocacy was needed.
In order to equipy various partners with advocacy technics and development of advocacy plan, a three-day workshop was organized.
This training activity implemented by the Benin’s federation of disabled peole one of Humanity & inclusion’s partners. The FAPHB must advocate toward public actors and / or groups of companies so that they can take into account people with disabilities employability for an inclusive employment.
At the end of this training, an advocacy committee was set up. This committee brings together members of FAPHB and those of organizations.
