In the remarkable history of The Gambia, Gambia itself has the First and Only Visually Impairded Maistrate/qualified Lawyer. The Visually Impaired Magistrate of The Gambia is Mr. Muhammed Krubally. He is addressed as His Worship. He presides over Criminal and Civil Cases and other cases equally just as the sighted Magistrates and Judges do. He delivers court Rulings, Judgements and Orders perfectly. This appointment of Magistrate Krubaly again is an important milestone for other Visually Impaired Persons who wish to become Magistrates/Judges and Lawyers. It will instill confident in them to work harder to achieve what Magistrate Krubally has achieved.

Pursuant to the appointment attained by Magistrate Krubally, and by virtue of his efficiency and his ability to expeditiously dispense justice, his name is always carried by the media such as Radio Stations, Televisions, Newspapers and other electronic media. He today makes a good repitation and household name in the Gambia and outside world .
When I had cause to interview Magistrate Krubally about how he feels in being in his position in the Gambia for the First time, he said indeed this is a possibility in so far as he worked to attain his dream. He said, nothing is indeed impossible. He said the adage postulates that A Person who makes the impossible possible is the educator. He said today, he is happy to live the life he want and so independent
