SIGHTBOX AMBASSADOR INVITED BRITISH HIGH COMMISSIONER TO SEE THE WORK DONE FOR THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED CHILDREN

Upon the invitation of Sightbox to the British High Commissioner, she visited Gambia Organisation Of the Visually Impaired’s campus. When the British High Commissioner called Sharon Wardel visited the campus of the Visually Impaired Children, in Kanifing,

she was shown Gym Kits that belonged to the said Visually Impaired Children and that of Handball which is possible to be played and enjoyed by the Visually Impaired Children to be part of sporting games or activities.
Amazingly, when the Visually Impaired Children are placed on the pitch to showcase their sporting talents, the British High Commissioner together with the coach called Angella Willams who is the global representative of sightbox joined the children to play together. This in short means, it is very possible for the Visually Impaired Children to pertake in sporting activities just like the sighted children without any discrimination.
