Ms. Mbaranga GASARABWE received the delegation of the Malian Federation disabled (FEMAPH) Wednesday March 11, 2020 at the Headquarters of MUNISMA in Bamako.
The Special Deputy Representative of the UN General SSecretary of MUNISMA signed the Charter of Commitment for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Mali.
During a ceremony organized at the headquarters of MINUSMA in the presence of the President of the Malian Federation Disabled (FEMAPH) and members of its cabinet and his two strategic partners, the representatives of the VOICE Program from OXFAM and the Country Director of National Democratic Institute (NDI) . The discussions culminated in the decision of a major event for people with disabilities in the coming months, after the legislative elections in March 2020.
As a reminder, Ms. Mbaranga GASARABWE was named, on March 8, as one of the 25 African women leaders who work within the UN for a better world.
